This is a great summer dish. It is very easy to make! Just try it today!
Dressing :
1. Ground ginger 1 tsp
2. Ground garlic 1 tsp
3. Honey 2 tsp
4. Light soy sauce 2 tbp
5. Rice vinegar 1 tsp Pour more if you like it more sour.
6. Sesame paste 2 tbp If you don't have it, use Tahini
7. Coriander a bit for garnish
Mixed Salad :
1. Chicken breast 1pc Regular size and boneless breast. Or choose the right size for yourself.
2. Cabbage lettuce 1/2 pc
3. Red Onion 1/2 pc
I usually used Japanese cucumber instead of ball lettuce. The day I made it, I didn't get the cucumber. So I tried to use lettuce. And it is also very delicious.
Step by Step :
1st, wash the chicken breast and pad dry with paper towel. Make 2 cuts in the thicker part of breast. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides. Heat the pan with thin layer of oil, and pan fry the breast until it is brown on both sides. Slice the breast.
2nd, shred the lettuce as thin as you can. And also thin slice the onion. Mix these 2 vegetables together well. And set it at a bit plate.
3rd, mix the ingredient of dressing together with whisker. If the dressing looks too thick, pour a little bit of water on it.
4th, put the sliced chicken on the top of mix salad. Then, pour the dress on the top of chicken. Final, garnish with chopped coriander.
